Dr. David Yu is a Colorectal and General Surgeon with his office here at The Peterborough Clinic.
He has an extensive education. He holds a Honours Bachelor of Science (Biochemislry) from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario (2006 – 2010); a Doctor of Medicine from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario (2011 – 2015); his Residency in General Surgery from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario (2015 – 2021); a Masters of Public Health from John’s Hopkins Bloomberg School or Public Health, Baltimore, Maryland (2017-2018); and a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery -AdventHealth, Orlando, Florida (2021-2022)
Dr. Yu joined the Clinic in October 2022 where he runs a successful practice.

Dr. L. K. Ebisuzaki BSc, MSc, MD, FRCS(C), FACS
Dr. Lawrence Ebisuzaki joined the Peterborough Clinic in 2002.
He received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science at the University of Toronto in Biochemistry. He then completed a Medical Doctorate followed by a General Surgery Residency at the University of Toronto. Dr. Ebisuzaki spent an additional year in a Clinical Fellowship at the University of Toronto and St. Joseph’s Health Centre.
Dr. Ebisuzaki specializes in the field of General Surgery. He holds appointments at The Peterborough Regional Health Centre as a General Surgeon and Investigating Coroner. In addition to those, he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at Queen’s.
Dr. Ebisuzaki’s practice includes both ambulatory and inpatient surgery (open and minimally invasive) which is performed at the Peterborough Clinic and at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. His practice includes (but is not limited to): surgery of benign and malignant breast disease, upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, gallbladder surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, colon and rectal surgery, anal surgery, and abdominal wall (hernia) surgery.
