Dr. Evan Brien brought a comprehensive education with him when he joined the Clinic as a Family Practice physician in November 2021. Dr. Brien attended Wilfred Laurier University where he graduated with his BSc in Biology and Psychology in 2010. He then went on and received his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) in 2017 from the University of Limerick (Ireland). Dr. Brien’s travels took him to Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (USA) where he completed his Family Medicine Residency (MD) in 2020 and his Geriatrics Fellowship (CAQGM) in 2021.

Dr. Brien is the proud recipient of the Resident Physician Patient Care Award – 2020, Women's Health Track completion – 2020, and Nexplanon Training certification – 2017.

He is a member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
