Troubleshooting Parking Issues

During Regular Business Hours

  • Push the HELP button located on the kiosk at each exit gate or on the Pay Station machine.

Afterhours: 8pm Monday – Friday or After 1pm Saturday or Sunday

  • Push the HELP button located on the kiosk at each exit gate.

  • A representative will reach out to assist in the matter.

  • If the HELP button does not work, call (705) 926-0160. This number is answered by the Telephone Answering Service (TAS).

NAVIGATING THE PARKING MACHINES

Entering the parking lot:

Pull up to the parking gate and retrieve a ticket from the machine by placing your finger on the flat button that is encompassed by little lights.

A ticket will dispense. Once the ticket is pulled from the machine the gate will rise and you can drive forward into the parking lot.


  1. Go to one of the 3 Pay Stations located on the property. Follow the directions on the screen and insert your ticket in the slot.

  2. Press the button on in the row under the word “receipt” if you want a copy of your receipt.

  3. The screen now prompts you to pay.

    • Pay cash by inserting bills into the slot on the upper right and coins in the coin slot. (Cash Payments NOT available at the Pay Station in the middle of the parking lot.)

    • Pay with debit or credit by either:

      • Tapping your card on the grey square to the right of the card machine, or

      • Insert your card directly above the pin pad.

    • Use a validation card. If you have a validation card, insert it into the ticket slot where you put your entry ticket. This card is your “payment.”

  4. Your parking ticket comes out of the machine. If it says “Paid $8” then your payment has been accepted.

  5. You have a 15-minute grace period to reach your car and drive to one of the exits.

  6. Insert your PAID ticket into the machine at the gate. Gate lifts.

  7. Drive out

Exiting:
Take the ticket you received when you entered the parking lot.

Pay at a Pay Station:


Pay at the gate:

  1. Go to your car. Get your ticket plus your debit/credit card or your validation card (if you have one) ready.

  2. Proceed to one of the 2 exits (Hospital Drive or Weller Street).

  3. Insert the ticket you received when you entered the parking lot.

  4. Follow the directions on the screen and insert your ticket in the slot.

  5. The screen now prompts you to pay.

    • Pay with debit or credit by either:

      • Tapping your card on the grey square above the keypad and to the right, or

      • Insert your card directly above the pin pad to the left.

    • Use a validation card. If you have a validation card, insert it into the

      ticket slot where you put your entry ticket. This card is your “payment.”

  6. If payment is accepted, you will hear a “beep” and the gate will lift.

  7. Take your receipt and drive out.
